Thank you for shopping at My3DGifts. Please read our Refunds and Cancellations Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

At My3DGifts, we provide digital products, 3D design services, memberships, and customized items. Due to the nature of these products and services, refund and cancellation terms vary based on the type of purchase.

2. Digital Products (Templates, Files, Plugins, Downloads)

  • All digital product sales are final.
  • Once a file is downloaded, accessed, or delivered, refunds will not be provided.
  • This is because digital products cannot be returned or revoked after delivery.

Exceptions may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted or not downloadable
  • The product is significantly different from its description

3. Membership Plans / Subscriptions

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated.
  • Trial plans (including free or ₹0 trial) are non-refundable.
  • Users can cancel future renewals at any time from their account settings.
  • No partial refunds will be given for unused membership periods.

4. Custom 3D Design & Personalized Orders

  • Custom and personalized products cannot be canceled once the design process has started.
  • No refunds will be issued after design approval by the customer.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect or major error from our side, we will offer a correction or replacement.

5. Physical Products (if applicable)

  • Refunds or replacements are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before processing or production begins.
  • Once the order is processed, packed, or digitally delivered, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately via email.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect file selection by the customer
  • Failure to read product description
  • Delay caused by third-party services (hosting, payment gateway, courier, etc.)
  • Misuse or unauthorized modification of files or products

8. Processing of Approved Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.
